Armadillo Aerospace’s QUAD (Pixel) launch at the 2008 X PRIZE Foundation’s Northrop Grumman Lunar Lander Challenge. This was the first time anyone had attempted the harder level of the challenge, and unfortunately didn’t go as well as everyone had hoped.
