epic is a paid version of Spacevidcast giving you more access to the content you already know and love. In addition to all the great free content you get on Spacevidcast.com you will also have access to the live post-shows, many of the videos will not have any ads (no pre-rolls, no overlays and no post-rolls), and you will also be signed up for the epic newsletter giving you e-mail notifications of the great epic content!

We’re looking to make Spacevidcast the best space on the Internet (pun intended) with live and interactive weekly episodes, daily shows, launch coverage and we hope to bring even more coverage of space conferences and events. To do this we need to ensure Spacevidcast can stand on its own two feet and is no longer funded out of pocket. To that end, your epic subscription helps pay for the recurring costs of Spacevidcast as well as allow us to do new and innovative things like cover conferences, have people in multiple locations for launches and possibly travel the country looking for new and great space events! Even if you don’t use your subscription, your monthly or yearly payment will go in to helping make Spacevidcast the best darned site on the net!

Note to International customers: All funds are in US dollars and you will be billed in USD. Your monthly rate for Spacevidcast epic may change slightly from month to month to align with current currency exchange rates.

Cancellation Policy:
Credit Card Orders: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order with no penalty. If you opt to continue with Spacevidcast epic your credit card will be billed every 30 days for $10.00/mo or $100.00/yr depending on the program you select. If you decide to cancel after 14 days you will not be billed on the next cycle, however, no refunds will be issued for the period already paid for. You will retain access to Spacevidcast epic for any duration in which you have already paid.

PayPal Orders: Since we do not have any control over PayPal orders, all orders via this method are final. Once ordered, you are committed to that version of epic until your next billing cycle.

What do I do if I need help?
You can contact us at any time via e-mail at epic@spacevidcast.com for cancellations, refunds or issues with your account. How do I cancel?
Credit Card Orders: Simply e-mail epic@spacevidcast.com with your username (usually your e-mail address) and your desire to cancel. We will take care of the rest. You can cancel within 14 days of your initial membership without any penalty. You can cancel any time after 14 days, however, if you have already paid for a months worth of access your billing cycle will stop the following month. You will retain access for whatever duration you paid for.

PayPal Orders: We do not have the ability to cancel your account for you. To cancel please log in to your PayPal account, select the recurring order and opt to cancel the order. You will retain access to epic until your next billing cycle.
