Cancellation Policy:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order with no penalty. If you opt to continue with Spacevidcast epic your credit card will be billed every 30 days for $10.00/mo or $100.00/yr depending on the program you select.  If you decide to cancel after 14 days you will not be billed on the next cycle, however, no refunds will be issued for the period already paid for. You will retain access to Spacevidcast epic for any duration in which you have already paid.

How do I cancel?
Simply e-mail epic@spacevidcast.com with your username (usually your e-mail address) and your desire to cancel. We will take care of the rest. You can cancel within 14 days of your initial membership without any penalty. You can cancel any time after 14 days, however, if you have already paid for a months worth of access your billing cycle will stop the following month. You will retain access for whatever duration you paid for.
